                       Forties and Fifties outfits never lose their style, because they are so much elegant than most of the trash being turned out today.  Just look at Nancy Kelly in 1956's "The Bad Seed."  Even when on the verge of hysteria--and I am telling you, you have never seen such hysterics; Nancy set the gold standard for such, till 1961, when Veronica Cartwright came along, in "The Children's Hour--" she manages to look coiffed.  That perfectly pressed blouse, the pencil skirt, the hair and make-up; oh, my God, darlings, wouldn't you like to look like this, hysterical or not?????????????? 

                        The movie version of "The Bad Seed" set the gold standard for murderous child drama,  Viewers should keep an eye on Nancy and her changing outfits, as she makes this film a fashion show delight.

                          Of course, some of these outfits will need to be custom made, but then, a pristine closet is worth it, isn't it, darlings????????????????
