Happy Groundhog Day, Darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          The official word from Phil, the Official Groundhog at Groundhog Headquarters, in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, is that the shadow was NOT seen, which means this year we should have an early Spring.  Girls, I say, from his mouth to God's ear, because I have just had it with this cold Winter crap!!!!!!!!!  Not to mention what it has done to my skin and hair!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            But, yes, it is Groundhog Day, and, outside of acknowledging this, or watching the Bill Murray movie of the same name, there is not much one can do to celebrate it!  Personally, I am happy with the results, because almost always, he sees the shadow, which means we get six more weeks of Winter. Do I think we won't anyway???? Come on; I may be a Romantic, but, as Jane Russell said, in "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," I am also an "educated gal!!!!!!!!!!"

                              Though we have come to the halfway point of our discontent, which means Propserina is about three quarters of the way through her time in Hell with Pluto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Which gives us all something to hope for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
