Girls, What A Fizzle Of A Finale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one expected, at season's start, the tragic death of Lee Thompson Young, but that,. I don't think, had anything to do with why this season of "Rizzoli And Isles" started as one of the most
exciting, but then just evaporated into nothing. It was like the writers got tired, and just cranked it out.
This episode, entitled "Partners In Crime," was so ho hum!!!!!!! How many times can that "Strangers On A Train" routine be pulled? I swear, the next time it is, both the Hitchcock and Highsmith estates should get a commission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Angela did not make Bunny Pancakes, Tommy was not even around, and it looks like Frankie will be, but is trying to get more serious. Maybe when they are forced to do something about the permanent absence of Frost's character, Frankie will come into his own. We can hope!
There was a real spark of acting between the girls and Richard Herd, who played
Paddy Doyle, Sr. I wouldn't mind him sticking around. And it looks like Hope and Kaylin have vanished.
The big cliffhanger they chose to end on was whether or not Casey would go back to Iran, for a promotion, or stay here and marry Jane, who is ambivalent about giving up her single girl
status. This was the best they could do??????????? I would rather have seen a cliff hanger between Angela and the Lieutenant! Like maybe a false positive, over him knocking her up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one was more knocked up with disappointment than I over this third rate
season finale! I hope when the Winter season starts, the writers get back to the form they had at the start of the Summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meanwhile, Jane and I will go on drinking our morning coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dudes, you're sooo horizontal. Wanna know somethn? We, shall, croak. Yeah. Sad but true. If you haven't found Jesus and repented... bad news.
