Here Is The Nativity In All Its Splendor (Or As Much As The Camera Can Show!!!!!!!!!!!)

There is something haunting and poetic about this shot.  Spirituality and holiness engulf our neighborhood at this time, between the lit tree outdoors, and this deeply moving Nativity.  Of course, the owners, in keeping with real tradition, do not place Baby Jesus there, until midnight on Christmas Eve, when December 25 rolls around.

But this shot, captured by my beloved says why I love this decoration, and the Holiday--the mystery, poetry and mysticism of it all.    There isn't more to be said, when a picture speaks for itself.

And what more apt song for this day and post, than Andy Williams' rendering of "It Came Upon The Midnight Clear?"

                                    Have a good weekend, girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
