Meanwhile, What Of The Ending Of "Feud--Bette And Joan???????????????:"

Let me say outright--it ended with a whimper, not a bang!

I was disappointed there were no childhood replicas of Julie Allred and Gina Gillespie.  I so wanted a recreation of Blanche's signature childhood line--"I won't forget.  You BET I won't forget," which, of courses, triggers the rest of "What Ever Happened To Baby Jane?????????"

It was sad that this acerbic show resorted to sloppy sentiment, in the dream section featuring Joan, Hedda Hopper, and Jack Warner.  The topper was having Susan Sarandon, as Bette Davis, saying to Jessica, as Joan Crawford, "I regret not having been more of a friend to you."  Come on, darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Bette would have NEVER said that!!!!!!!!!!  She probably howled from her grave, the night it was aired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor Ryan Murphy.   He had an idea, and ran with it; the trouble is he took it too far.  The whole thing should have stopped after 'Baby Jane' wrapped, because, let's face it, that's all audiences cared about, anyway.  That is what drew them in.

I wonder what feud Ryan Murphy will do next?  The De Havilland Sisters??????????  Hedda And Louella????????  Me and MY arch-rival??????????????????

It's anyone's guess, darlings!  But "Feud--Bette And Joan" started out so well, it deserved to end better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With Susan and Jessica having a good, old-fashioned cat fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
