Time To Think About Those Summer Outfits, Girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          This photo is from the virtually forgotten 1962 film, "Invasion Of The Star Creatures."  A group of bathing beauties, who probably did not making the casting cut, in "Queen Of Outer Space," and land on Earth in--guess where???? --the Bronson Caves, in Bronson Canyon, located in California's Griffith Park--travel with, and lead, a troop of menacing monsters!  The same spot where Cucumbo worked his magic years before in "It Conquered The World," wherein he was confronted by an unforgettable, over-acting, bullet bra clad Beverly Garland!  I am telling you, because of the caves, this must be a destination place for aliens to land, and cheapie movies to get made!

                           Now, as gorgeous as these bathing beauties are--and wouldn't we all want to look like them, darlings???--this is a movie the Me Too Movement would love.  Because the Star Creatures don't menace the bathing beauties.  The gals are the one in control of them, so they have the creatures menace on Earth, where they go mostly after men!!!!!!!!!!!!

                           Just look at that Star Creature costume!  Straight outta community theater!  This film was on a double bill with "The Brain That Wouldn't Die," wherein Virginia Leith's talking head stole the show.  'Star Creatures,' looked at from today, was certainly ahead of its time, but is still a camp romp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                 Would any actor alive admit to having been in one of those Star Creature suits? I wonder.

                                 But all my girls will want to dress as the outer space bathing beauties!!!!!!!!!!
