Oh, Girls, What A Hard Time This Is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                         Yesterday was the twelfth day of Christmas.  So, let me say right off that the Three Kings arrival beats the anniversary off the Capital attack, but now we have to acknowledge that.

                                           It is now time to accept the Holiday season is over, and tomorrow we begin putting away the ornaments till next year.  Baby Gojira and Krampus are spending some extra time together, before the latter departs to Florida, tomorrow.  Baby will miss him.

                                              This is the time of the year when I get down.  Maybe if I had been born in January, as I was supposed to--I was two months premature--I would feel different about this month.  I don't know.

                                                   Not to mention a steady stream of losses since Betty White--Sidney Poitier, Peter Bogdanovich, Joan Copeland....what a start!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                                      And I have been immersed in the Mayfair saga, rereading Anne Rice's masterwork, "The Witching Hour."  I feel a special connection to Antha.

                                                         So, it has been quite a week, darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thank God for celebrating David's birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
