Darlings, We Missed The Coney Island Sand Sculpturing Contest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


                                                                           

                                                                             


                                  Isn't it remarkable what talented people can really do with sand?  I have always admired people who could construct edifices like this from sand and hold it in place.  The "castles" I always tried to make ended up resembling piles of soft ice cream, like at Dairy Queen or Carvel.



                                  I guess I was not cut out to be a sand artist.



                                But don't miss this next year, girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



                               Maybe Mr. Sandman will bring some of you a dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I so enjoyed making sand creations with the children & grandchildren!!
    I can’t stay outside for very long in the summer any more, but we do play with play doh!!! Fun!!!

    Victoria, I am glad Pay Doh is still made. I used to love it. But I don't have
    the talent to make the sand creations pictured.
