You Must Eat Here, Darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                Who goes to the Upper West Side, anymore, darlings?  That place went out of vogue, once the Eighties passed.  However, last night, we met David's friend, Aviv, who lives in the nabe, for dinner, and found the most charming establishment, called Telio.  The food and service was excellent. We had the  most scrumptious appetizer, called Gigantes, which are giant white beans, in a tomato and dill sauce.  David had sardines with spinach, Aviv had stuffed shells, while I had  Papardelle bolognese, with bits of spiced sausage.  I am telling you, this is like a treasured oasis in the Upper West Side sprawl.  A real find, that is worth visiting.

                                 It is on Broadway and West 93rd Street.  So, the next time circumstances cause you to take the Number 1 to West 96th, be sure to pay Telio a visit!
