What Will Happen To "The Book Of Mormon???????????????"

                              The show must go on, right?  I am not so sure.

                              Remember, back in 2020, the pandemic shut down Broadway for 18 months.  I could not believe it!  And now!!!!!!!!!!!!!  No wonder ticket prices are so high!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                               Now, "The Book Of Mormon" has been running at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre for over 15 years, though, not being a fan, I find it hard to believe.  Anyway, this morning, on the roof a fire broke out at 10AM that evolved into a three-alarm fire It was lucky the incident happened on the show's dark day, but what about tomorrow night?  Will the show cease performing until renovations can be done?  Will it more to another, empty venue?  It is anybody's guess, darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                   Frankly, I could care less about "The Book Of Mormon."  But I respect those who do, so I hope the problem is resolved fast!!!!!!!!!!!!  As for me personally, back in 1963 this theater was home to the most romantic musical ever written--"She Loves Me!" by Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick, and featuring in the leads, Barbara Cook, Daniel Massey, Barbara Baxley, and Jack Cassidy, who won a TONY for his performance.

                                   So, there is some history here, and I want it preserved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                   The point is not what show is playing, but that theater continues to exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                    A fire in the Theater District?  My God, is anyone safe anywhere??????????????
