Happy All Souls Day, Darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                        Like I said yesterday, this is the day for the rest of us--who aren't saints!  I prefer All Souls Day to what some call it--the Day Of The Dead, which reminds me of the woman in "A Streetcar Named Desire," foreshadowing Blanche's doom, who approaches her selling "flowers for the dead!"  Who needs that, girls???????????

                        The Saints had their day yesterday, so now it is our turn.  However you choose to celebrate, do it with Soul, whether or not it included Aretha Franklin.

                         Let us remember those who have gone before us, and are waiting.  And one of the last things Victor Hugo says, about Fantine, "Fortunately, God knows where to look for a soul!!!!!!!!!!!"
