Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                            It's a great day for the Irish, darlings....even if you are not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                            This used to be a big day during my childhood.  My paternal grandmother, who was Irish, by way of having been raised in Dublin, would have the entire family over to her house and cook the traditional (Irish, or American) Corned Beef and Cabbage meal.  I actually came, in time, to love it.

                                              Now, this day, for me is about remembering those times--aunts and uncles long gone, cousins, who have scattered, and I hardly see.

                                               Nevertheless, thanks to David, we will have a traditional St. Patrick's Day meal.

                                               So, enjoy the day, even if you just eat a bowl of Lucky Charms!

                                               Like that cereal's leprechaun, they are magically delicious!!!!!!!!!!!
