This is Joshua Phillips, born March 17, 1984. At the time of this photo, around 1998, he is 14. He is now 31, but it is what he did, seventeen years earlier, that earns him the winner of this week's Raving Queen Bitch Of The Week Award.
On November 3, 1998, Joshua invited over his neighbor, Maddie Clifton, to play in the back yard. During a game of catch, the ball struck Maddie on the head, and, to keep her quiet, Joshua beat her unconscious with a baseball bat, then, to make sure she was dead, stabbed her repeatedly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just to keep her quiet???????? Why not just send her home??????? Sick!!!!!!
But wait, darlings, it gets worse. Joshua first had no motive for what he did, and, to this day, has none, save fear of his father's abuse if he saw Mattie was there. What is that all about? The program on which this story was aired gave me no clear indication that Joshua was abused--at least not beyond the usual father/son, parent/child spats.
So, why kill Maddie? Because you are a scoiopathic monster, and if among society, you would do it again!!!!!!!!!!!!
You know what was done with the body. It was hidden for a week within the bagging of Joshua's water bed!!!!!!!!! His mother actually found the body, and turned him in, seven days after the murder. What I don't get--with decomposition, there was no smell, no odor, no presence of flies or maggots???????????? When you hide a body like it is a doll being hidden away in a toy box! This shows cunning and manipulation. Joshua knew the difference between right and wrong; his actions were clear cut!
Since August 26, 1999, he has been serving a Life Without Parole prison sentence, and it is the best thing for him and society. Bitch Of The Week is the last bit of recognition he will ever receive.
What a shame Maddie could not be saved! May God have mercy on
that poor, innocent child's soul, as well as those of her parents and family!!!!!!!!!!!!
