You Gotta Hand It To Susan Lucci, Darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                       Susan Lucci is a trooper all the way, which is why she is loved!  After decades of playing Favorite Vixen, Erica Kane, on ABC's "All My Children,"  she steps into the replacement role of Annie Oakley in the last Broadway revival of "Annie Get Your Gun"--and to the surprise of many, including myself, pulled it off, with style and panache!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                     Now that Erica has been hung out to dry, Susan is hosting this bitchfest of a show on "Investigation Discovery" called "Deadly Affairs."  And her installments, which are campy and delightful, are the best thing about it.

                       Basically, this is Susan, doing her Erica persona.  She saunters into rooms in glamour gowns, or strides sexily along swimming pool perimeters, in the most fetching summer ware!  To think she is in her Sixties!!!!!!!!  Sweeties, I have seen some in  there in their Thirties, who don't look half this good!!!!!!!!!

                        What I love about Susan here is her delightful tongue in cheek.  She in not fooling anyone, and she won't be fooled.  Her sense of humor is delightful and refreshing; she knows she is trading on Erica, and she knows the show is a piece of crap, but she is so good humored about it, you just gotta love her!!!!!

                         Not like that Paula Zahn, who is far too earnest in what she does, spinning out info on a tabloid crime show,  like a doctoral candidate defending her dissertation!!!!!!!!!  Come on, Paula!!!!!!!  Give it a rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          Take a cue from Susan Lucci, who is having the last laugh on everyone, because she has the good grace to be able to laugh at herself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            I can't wait for the next installment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
