Well, girls according to what I have found out, in Mew Jersey there is no statute of limitations on rape, which means, if this is correct, that a rape case may be prosecuted anytime. If this serves as grist for the mill to nail Darvi and Wei for what they did to Tyler Clementi, resulting in his death, I am all for it!!!!!!!!! I understand Rutgers held another recent rally commemorating Tyler and to encourage the Jersey legislature to enact tougher anti-bullying laws. Again, though the question must be asked, why is the Rutgers administration just sitting on its hands????????? The whole thing is disgusting; as these bureaucrats hide behind the guise of cooperating with an investigation, which they are not, really, justice takes longer and longer to serve for an innocent young man and his grieving family who may eventually be healed by time but are certainly never going to forget the impact Ravi, Wei and Rutgers University had on their continuing lives, and ending the life of their son and sibling.
Yes, darlings, I am persisting in my continued battle to bring these scum to the punishment awaiting them and serve justice for Tyler. I just wish we had Tovah Feldshuh as Danielle Melnick, because, honey, she wouldn't let these diseased individual8als get away with anything. And I can assure you if the outcome is less than satisfactory, there will be further outcry; there has been enough already, and still continues, in the wake of Tyler's death, but the potential outcry and its resultant fallout could be hazardous, let me tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!
And again, let me remind you of December 1, which is also World AIDS Day, as the OUTMUSIC Awards dedicate the evening to Tyler Clementi.
So think about this, think about Tyler and think of him with respect and reverence as you ponder the beautiful yet tragic image I have posted.
