Why Don't Gays March Through The Canyon Of Heroes????????????????????????

                                 I have always loved the idea of a ticker tape parade down this iconic Manhattan route, but why must it always be athletes and politicians?  OK, I know that that Megan Rapinoe, from the soccer team, is some butch thing, but that does not really count.

                                   The Gay Pride parade should use this route some time.  Maybe the Jubilee or the Centennial.

                                     Back in 1964, when BARBRA  became a legend in "Funny Girl," at the Winter Garden, she ought to have been marched down the Canyon Of Heroes.
