How "Hush, Hush....Sweet Charlotte" Should Have Ended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                Now, girls, I know you all know the actual ending.  Dr. Drew and Miriam Deering, thinking they have driven Charlotte completely nuts, are getting nookie in the patio downstairs.  Olivia looks up, sees Bette pushing the heavy flowered, and soiled, vase, which tumbles right onto them both, killing them.  And the look of triumph on Bette's face.  Charlotte has the last laugh.

                                 But wait, back up a minute,  What if Olivia saw the vase coming in time, and pushes Drew (Joseph Cotton) into the way, so only he gets killed?  Then, while Miriam seems triumphant, from behind one of the outdoor railings, out pops Joan Crawford, in full Lucy Harbin Forties regalia, and she lops off Miriam's head, with an ax????????????????

                                   What would Bette/ Charlotte's  reaction be?  Would she laugh, or scream in terror, that Joan is nearby?

                                     I think the last shot would be Bette/Charlotte laughing her head off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                      While Joan would hoist a leg up onto the railing, lift up her skirt, and kick back, with a bottle of Pepsi Cola!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
