Celebrity Of The Year In 2024--Flaco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                    I cannot say farewell to last year without recalling Flaco, the owl who captured the hearts of New Yorkers with his year long flight of freedom.  Flaco wanted freedom, and he grabbed the opportunity, becoming a fixture in such trendy spots like Central Park and the East Village.  Flaco was no fool; he knew where the action was, and he pursued it with joy.

                                   Alas rat poison overtook his system, and he died. But not without having inspired courage and resilience in those who took him to their hearts.

                                   I count Flaco's loss as heartbreaking as my personal animal friends, Cujo and Nicholas.  They all brought me joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                  But there are other Flaco's out there, who may want freedom, and other dogs and cats who need my love.  I am here to give.

                                  Let's hear it for Flaco, everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
