"I Welcome You To Crackerbox Palace! Do What The Rest All Do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

When I first heard this song by George Harrison, I thought "Crackerbox Palace" was some magical place, where everything was colorful and fanciful, and people did harmlessly as they please. Comparable to Eugene Field's "The Sugar-Plum Tree," which "blooms on the shore of Lollipop Sea, in the garden of Shut-Eye Town."

Wouldn't it be nice to go there, darlings?  Instead, "Crackerbox Palace" has become the craziness of life--mine and others.  "Do what the rest all do" takes on frightening meaning, as I refuse to be lured into some Orwellian nightmare.  Screw that!!!!!!!!!!

It makes me want to withdraw from the world, not march to it.  But then, girls, remember Scarlett--O'Hara, that is.  She refused to embrace anything and went her own way!  And that is what I am going to do!  Even the Jefferson Starship, with Grace Slick, said, "You can go your own way!" And I plan to.

But, girls, how much simpler and nicer it would be to visit the fanciful "Crackerbox Palace."

In my opinion, George was the most handsome and charismatic Beatle!!

Victoria, I admired John because of his artistry, but George came into his own, too. He is often not acknowledged enough. But then he is always mentioned when "Frank Mills" is sung.
