Really, darlings, with this scam, isn't technology moving to the dehumanizing aspect of things? And with this AI stuff, what are humans of working age going to do for work?

I’m with you; QR codes are EVERYWHERE now, and it’s gotten out of hand.
One of the most egregious examples was, the gift table at a wedding reception. We had all brought or sent thoughtful, generous gifts but no, that wasn’t enough. So crass. We were embarrassed for them.
