Girls, "Svengoolie" Wraps Up August With A Dan Curtis Anthology Film!!!!!!!!!!!! Join Us At 8PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While it may not be as good as "Trilogy Of Terror," with Karen Black--how could it? --this trio of stories by Jack Finney and Richard Matheson are worth watching, especially if you have never seen them before

The fun starts with Finney's story "Second Chance," about a car owner, played by a young Ed Begley, Jr. who travels back in time to see how destiny influences our present-day happenings.  Then we get the two Matheson stories.  The first, "No Such Thing As A Vampire, is loads of fun, but the best is "Bobby," where a grief-stricken mother, wonderfully played by Joan Hackett, longs for the return of her deceased child, Bobby--and gets more than she bargained for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Girls, for this final Saturday night in August, it is fun enough, and I hope Nostalgiaferatu is featured.  I just love him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, join us at eight for this entertaining delight. Baby Gojira will be there, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                                 See you then, darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Victoria, The final story, "Bobby" was the best of the three. It was almost a one-
woman show for Joan Hackett, who gave it her all. The first story recalled "The Twilight Zone," and the middle one was deliciously nasty! I recommend this film is shown again.
