Despite it being one of, if not the most hated months, because of going back to school, September has a lot happening in it. There is the memory of September 11th, coming up on its 24th year! There is September 12th, which is "Frank Mills "Day, and you know what I do then.
But it is the first of the "ber" months, so the year is winding down.
Nevertheless---
There are the songs "September Song," and "September Morn." And don't forget "See You In September."
And "Svengoolie" has an impressive lineup this month, including an A-lister we never thought he would show. Sorry, darlings, I can't tell you now, but you are all welcome to take a guess!
September 13th, we are going to a 60th anniversary screening of "The Sound Of Music," and this coming Sunday to a performance by The Heights Players of "Pippin." Little Pippin, Baby Gojira's companion, especially wants to see this.
So maybe September is not such a hateful month, after all.
But I guarantee--since we had a relatively cool August, we are going to have a---
"HOT SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Sounds like a decent month!!
Every year I say I’m not going to watch the 9/11 memorials, but I always do.
It never gets any easier.
The horror never subsides.
Victoria. I am the same. I so remember being in the city that day.
