One More Day Till "The Gift" Opens!!!!!!!!!!! But Reality Hangs Eerily Over This Film!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              The last story in "The Gift" trailer speaks of a man who killed a former teacher for accusing him of cheating on a test--eighteen years before.  I am sure there are such things out there, but the tale of  20-year-old Daniel Bartlett, from Wisconsin,  who killed a former classmate, a girl named Jessie Blodgett, who was only 19-years-old!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                               Apparently, the two had been classmates at Hartford Union High School. Daniel was from Richfield.

                               In July of 2013, the two went to a cast party for a production of "Fiddler On The Roof."  Jessica was an aspiring actress and musician.  On the morning after the party, her mother found her body, dead, in bed, at home; there were rope marks on her neck and arms, indicating she had been bound and strangled.

                                Bartlett maintained his innocence. Yet, at trial, which got him a life sentence, the judge said he thought Bartlett too dangerous for even supervised release.

                                 Clearly, this guy had issues.  It sounds like he wanted Jessica, but she did not want him, and so..............

                                   Ready to see how things play out in "The Gift," girls????????  I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!
