Merry Christmas To All, From Dexter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                         Dexter is one of the most lovable neighbors in our building, and let me tell you, he is the perfect house guest, and does not wear out his welcome.  Here he relaxes by his fireplace, sending Christmas cheer to all of you, out there.  Isn't he cute?  I just love him.
