The Things A Movie Star Has To Do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                               Last Sunday, David and I went to see "Shin Godzilla" at the Alpine, because we all love and admire our reptile friend, Gojira.  And we have Baby Gojira at home.

                                 The script was awful.  Gojira was forced to enact the role of a crawling, reptilian mollusk, only to have him grow into his true self before our eyes.  Big deal: who thought this up?  When will the filmmakers learn that what Gojira fans want to see is Gojira, not some facsimilia thereof.

                                   I love how radiation emanated from his entire being, but the ending, with him standing catatonic was unworthy of this 70- plus- year- old star.

                                     I demand more respect for Gojira.  I am sure he had to make this film in 2016 to honor a contract, and the only reason it is being shown now is because "Godzilla Minus One," which was practically a work of art, unlike this film, was such a big hit last year.

                                     Gojira demands and should get better material.  Remember, when he comes up from the ocean, he comes in peace, and it is usually at night.  He just wants to experience Tokyo night life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                       I felt sorry for him, forced to make this crap!

                                        But I bet he donated his salary to Sister Camille D'Arienzo and The Sisters Of Mercy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
