To think that Chloe Malle got the job over me?????????? I simply cannot believe it.
Sure, she is the daughter of Candice Bergen and Louis Malle. But she certainly did not inherit her mother's looks. And does she have ANNA's class, authority?????????? Absolutely not!
And guess what, darlings? My sources tell me Chloe is just the Editorial Content Editor for the American "VOGUE." ANNA is still Editor-In-Chief. And her office is right down the hall from Chloe's. So, you can bet whatever Chloe wants to print has to be reported to ANNA first!!!!!!!!!!! As it should be.
Chloe can never outshine ANNA, and I think that is exactly why she was chosen. She has name value and cannot upstage ANNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aside from myself, can you imagine if my other choice--Rihanna--had been chosen????????????
ANNA likes Rihanna at The MET Gala, not in the "VOGUE" offices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its very VERY hard to believe Anna would turn the reins over to such an obvious nepo baby, no matter how skilled she might allegedly be. For sure, Anna is simply stepping behind the curtain to get a little breathing room but otherwise remains in control. The magazine, like all print magazines, is a shell of what it used to be in terms of relevance and influence. But after so many years at the helm, Anna probably doesn't know who she'd be if she wasn't running that particular show. I imagine she's trying to withdraw slowly before the brand tanks altogether.
