That is right, girls, the Holiday Season is underway, initiated by America's study in greed, known as Black Friday. This picture says it all--the fat, the ugly, the trashy, the greedy, pushing and shoving their way--sometimes trampling others--into stores. And for what? After it is over, is it all worth it? I don't think so.
What must our European contemporaries think of this behavior? Yet, this says it all about America. The "Get outta my way!" mentality flourishes most on this day.
Can you imagine waiting in the cold late-night for some second-rate store chain to open? You wouldn't catch me within five feet of this, darlings.
Nothing says White Trash better than Black Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Except maybe serving turkey pot pies on Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never taken part in a black friday stampede, or ANY stampede for that matter
Victoria, The madness has never stopped; in fact, I think it has gotten worse. I would not be seen in this stampede either, though the idiocy of this tradition fascinates me from an objective stance.
Sadly, Black Friday is only the tip of the iceberg on why we are a laughingstock. The rest of the world now things we a nuts. And I'm still in disbelief Svengoolie is showing a very Brady Christmas?!?!?!?!?!
Mistress Maddie, Hon, you are so right! I have no plans to watch "A Very Brady Christmas!" And his December line up is not that great. Ending the year with "Creation Of The Humanoids." I saw it once, what a time waster. Happy Holidays to you!
