Girls, Can You Believe It???????????? A Four Volume Boxed Set Of Hanya Yanagihara's "A Little Life????????????"

                                It is also hard to believe, darlings, that this novel is ten years old.  This set is a special anniversary edition to celebrate the novel's tenth anniversary of publication.

                                 I read "A Little Life" in one volume several years ago.  While it is compelling, it is not for everyone.  One character's story is nothing but graphic abuse from womb to manhood.  There were times when I had to put the novel down, I just could not take it.  So, girls, I am telling you, this novel is not for everyone.  I find the idea of celebrating the novel's anniversary a bit odd.  You can be sure I will not be buying it, as I have no desire to read it again.  And I do not expect to.

                                    It just amazes me how time flies.  Ten years?  Who would have thought?
