Sunday Is The Longest Day Of The Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                         I was always taught that it was June 22, darlings, so I am standing by that.  It does feel long, even if one is rushing about.  It will also be the 56th anniversary of Judy Garland's death; something to think about as one makes the most of this day that we have been building up to, and that slowly, inexorably, those days will get shorter till we reach that time of year I dread, when it starts getting dark at 4;30.

                          So, try not to think about that, and make the most of this day and your Summer.  We may not be able to be Sandra Dee as "Gidget," but we can still have loads of fun.

                            I would like to get to Coney Island one time this year.  We shall see.

                            And don't forget that Summer Reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
