It Is Happening, Darlings, It Is Happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Finally, girls, I have been listened to.  All year I have been saying something should be done to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of "A Chorus Line."  And now it is going to take place.

                              The date is Sunday July 27.  The place, the Shubert Theatre, where the original ran on Broadway for fifteen years.  The time will be 7:30 PM.  I hope they can somehow get rid of much of that dreadful "Hell's Kitchen" set, to allow the performers to do what they have to do.

                                 Baayork Lee, of course, is putting the event together, and you know it is going to be the theatrical event of the year!!!!!!!!!!!  Tickets go on sale June 30, and Theater Queens, especially those of us old enough to remember or having seen the original are going to flock to this like pilgrims to a shrine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                  And look who is on hand!  Originals Baayork Lee, Donna McKechnie, Priscilla Lopez, Kelly Bishop, and Wayne Cilento!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  And alums from the 2006 revival--Charlotte D'Amboise, Jessica Lee Goldyn, and Tony Yazbeck.  Plus, a former Cassie, Robyn Hurder, after finishing her Broadway run in "SMASH!"

                                    Other guests are to be announced.  I know Gojira will be there, and he will probably lead the wedge, with his ACL hat, and dance with Donna!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                       I can't wait, girls!  And neither can you!  But I am telling you, I was right!
