Girls, I mean, wouldn't you love to have one of your walls painted this color??????? I know I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But Magenta is also the name of a character in "The Rocky Horror Show," which is returning to Broadway at Studio 54, in the Spring of 2026. And. darlings, I SO want to play Magenta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know the score, and I am perfect for the part! Those costumes, that hair! I am telling you; I am ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rocky Horror is chock-a-block with quotable lines, but my favorite has always been an exchange that occurs during the tiff between Magenta and Dr Frankenfurter. She proudly snaps at him "I ask for NOTHING!" to which he replies "Then you shall have it, IN ABUNDANCE!" The original mike drop moment.
My Dear, I had forgotten that line; it has been so long since I have seen it.
Hopefully I will see the Broadway revival.
