Girls, I Am Telling You, Watch Out For Those Unmarried, Italian Mama's Boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Darlings, this is what I learned from the latest "Rizzoli And Isles" episode last night, entitled "Crazy For You," which was high on excitement and glamour.

It seems everything happened here.  Angela (the wonderful Lorraine Bracco) got a company car of her own, which was derailed by a woman who turns out to be her ex-husband's fiance Lydia, who is not only seven months pregnant, with what might be (since he slept with her!!!) Tommy Rizzoli 's (the no-good brother) baby,  but has diabetes and comatoses out over at the Rizzolis.

Can it get any more exciting  than this????????????????

Actually, it can.  Things started off on a strong note, with a black, masked figure (which shows how unoriginal the perp is!!!!!!!) entering the offices of Dr. Parker and his wife, also Dr. Parker, and dispatching them both with a gun!!!!!!!!!!!  Though, the way things turn out, Mrs. Parker was just collateral damage; Dr. Parker, the husband, was the intended target.

Along with trying to solve the mystery and arriving at the crime scene, Jane gets a series of texts on her cell, by some guy who mistakes her for his wife--messages like "Honey, what are we having for dinner, etc?"  Shows whoever the husband is is a cretin, if he can't even boil water!!!!!!!!!!!!

Later, we learn that Angela shops at Bianchi's Bakery, owned by the Bianchi family for generations, and now run by their grown son, Dominic. (Played by David De Luise, none other than Dom's son!!!!!!!)  It seems Jane and Dominic know each other from childhood, and the observant Angela eyes Dominic as a potential marital catch for her daughter, Jane!!!!!!!!!   But Jane is not biting!

And a good thing, for it turns out Dominic was a patient of Dr. Parker's, being treated for a delusional disorder where he suddenly imagines a stranger of higher status to be in love with him. And this person turns out to be Jane!!!!!!!!   It seems Dominic is the one who has been texting Jane as her "husband," because he is the masked intruder who broke into Dr. Parker's office, and murdered him, because, he had discussed his fixation on Jane, and Parker was calling her, trying to warn her!  And his poor wife just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and was offed!!!!!!!!!  Too bad she is fictitious, otherwise they could do her story on "Stolen Voices, Buried Secrets."

Jane does not know this yet, until, en route to a family meeting to discuss the situation surrounding Lydia, she gets sideswiped by Dominic's truck. He apologizes, offers her some free bread she likes, then, when she gets in the truck, abducts her!  Seems he has a history of stalking and maiming. His last victim, Emily, who rejected him, got acid thrown in her face.  Thanks to Frost's computer skills, they can see Jane, spreadeagled and tied to what looks like the bed in her apartment, with a lacy blouse, a frilly dress, and pink shoes on!!!!!!!!!  Yikes!!!!!!!!!  They break the code where she is--which turns out not to be her apartment, but an old brownstone near the river and airport!  They get there, nab Dominic, and save Jane!!!!!!!!  Guess Dominic won't be going on any dates soon!!!!!!!!!!  Why didn't his parents do something about him, when he was younger?????  Why coouldn't his domineering, Italian Mama arrange a nice mail order bride, from Sicily??????????

The last scene has the two girls mulling things over, and Maura drinking a glass of white wine!!!!  For someone in the sciences, she drinks a lot of wine!!!!!! Maybe I should start doing this at night; especially if it would give me hair like Maura!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I have to agree with Jane!  The worst part of her experience was the outfit--especially those pink shoes!!!!!!!!!!!
