Joan Didion As A Fashion Icon???????????? You Have GOT To Be Kidding, Darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                    Who would ever have thought Joan could look this good?  It is a testament to what can happen when ANNA gets her hands on someone.

                                       Joan has been a great Woman Of Letters, for several decades; though, lately, she has become the Queen Of Depression.  One cure for this is ill is to stop reading the current Joan Didion.

                                        The last photos of Joan I posted on here, she looked like a wreck--a face ravaged by Time, booze,and cigs!!!!!!!!!!!  The Anna Wintour style glasses cover that up, but look how thinned out Joan's hair has gotten!!!!!!!!!!!  Still, with the right angles and lighting, she almost comes off as a semblance of glamour.

                                        I can remember the Seventies, when Joan was actually reasonably attractive, and did some brief modeling gigs--all in the name of promoting her as a writer!   I never thought she would be doing it, at this time of her life!

                                         Darlings, if ANNA and Company can do THIS for Joan, think what they can do, for the rest of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
